Delivery service information
We despatch your orders daily at 1 PM from Monday to Friday. This means that if your order is placed before 12:45 PM on a weekday, it will be despatched on the same day. If your order is placed after 12:45 PM on a weekday, it will be despatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 12:45 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be despatched on Monday.
With our standard delivery service you will get your order in between 2 and 3 working days. You can also get your items delivered on the next working day (costs £3.99 for orders under £60/free over £60). Your package will be tracked and you will receive your tracking code and link via email. We use Royal Mail and Hermes for our standard deliveries.
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the courier may leave it with a neighbour or in a secure location (if there is a suitable and safe one). In the event that you are not at home and no neighbour or secure location is available, the courier will make 3 delivery attempts. Depending on the service options chosen at checkout, you may also receive email, text or app notifications regarding this.
In all cases when the courier visits your address and you are not present, a card will be left for you with details about your package. In addition, when you choose next day delivery service, you will get a variety of options to customise and amend your delivery - get a one-hour delivery window, follow your package live, change delivery day, change delivery address.
Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 60 days. Electrical appliances are covered by one-year warranty. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are covered by us for faulty or damaged items, as well as in all cases where you are returning a brand new and unused item in its original packaging. In all other cases, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All of the above is not required if a fault in the item appears within the 60-day period. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number for online purchases). Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery and is not covered by additional warranty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit note issued, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours of the approval.
We will respond to your return request within the same day and send you a return label. The sooner you post the package back to us, the sooner we will receive. We will process your refund as soon as we have the package back and it will take up to 5 working days for the money to appear pack into your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill our contact from.

Please include your order number. If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We accept card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Amazon Pay, Android Pay, bank transfers (make sure to include your order reference) as well as cash payments for orders placed on-site at our office in Epping.
