Delivery service information

We despatch your orders daily at 1 PM from Monday to Friday. This means that if your order is placed before 12:45 PM on a weekday, it will be despatched on the same day. If your order is placed after 12:45 PM on a weekday, it will be despatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 12:45 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be despatched on Monday.

 Our next day packages are delivered by DPD known as the industry leader in the UK. The service is fully customisable and includes exclusive features such as "Predict" and "Follow my parcel".

With our standard delivery service you will get your order in between 2 and 3 working days. You can also get your items delivered on the next working day (costs £3.99 for orders under £60/free over £60). Your package will be tracked and you will receive your tracking code and link via email. We use Royal Mail and Hermes for our standard deliveries.

Deliveries within mainland UK:

Depending on the package size, standard UK deliveries cost between £1.99 & £3.99. Here is a general guide:

  • Orders up to £9.99 (small package) - delivery cost is £1.99
  • Orders between £10 and £19.99 (medium package) - delivery cost is £2.99
  • Orders between £20 and £59.99 (large package) - delivery cost is 3.99
  • Next day UK delivery cost is £4.99 for all package sizes
  • Standard UK delivery is free for orders over £60. Next day UK delivery is free for orders over £100

International delivery for all package sizes:

  • Germany, Netherlands, Belgium - £5.99 per package
  • France, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic - £7.99 per package
  • Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Ireland, Austria, Channel Islands, Slovenia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia - £9.99 per package
  • Finland, Portugal, Estonia, Croatia - £14.99 per package
  • Bulgaria, Norway, Romania - £17.99 per package

Wholesale delivery prices to be confirmed at the time of ordering according to order size, destination and additional services required.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the courier may leave it with a neighbour or in a secure location (if there is a suitable and safe one). In the event that you are not at home and no neighbour or secure location is available, the courier will make 3 delivery attempts. Depending on the service options chosen at checkout, you may also receive email, text or app notifications regarding this.

In all cases when the courier visits your address and you are not present, a card will be left for you with details about your package. In addition, when you choose next day delivery service, you will get a variety of options to customise and amend your delivery - get a one-hour delivery window, follow your package live, change delivery day, change delivery address.
